IV.                 Treasurer Report: 37 dinners paid, interest keeping us afloat

V.                   Public Comment: Mario, Thanks to Board, Requests to reserve room dec 22.

·         Old Business:

1. Welcome New Board! New member Mike Pierce, voted in!
2. Social Hour & Potluck Schedule for 2024 – sign up board.
3. Flag Officers Dinner: results 37 @ $50 Broke even.  Extra food? We liked it more than restaurant.
4. Calendar 2024 Results: $645. $40 per page. Lost money. Maybe charge next year?
5. Outreach Fundraising/ workshops? Race Training January- Notice of race at kippers meet.
6. Savings Account 1-3% I bonds and investments- Maybe move back to CD. Ibonds 6months 30 years. Responsible party concerns.
7. Whistler newsletter articles by 27^th.

• New Business

1. Bowl for Kids Team Name March 1-2, 13 vols 7pm Donation $50
2. Update Trifold Brochure- Anjie will print new.
3. Update Website Roster – Update master list
4. Race Results- posted on web
5. Race Awards / Westman Award. Need to know how many. Rum trophy
6. Crab Feed Cost and to do list. $30 each. Bread, salad, spaghetti $15 Sauce, Desert need vols.
7. DMV Fees due for Dinghy dock -
8. Dinghy Dock Insurance to Harbor Master
9. Board Minutes on website- will post on bulletin board.
