Heavy Lift Terminal Grants
Lets use the Forum for communications about HYC's goals and plans for the effect of the Heavy Lift Terminal. Harbor district awarded 450ish million dollar grant for building a new terminal to construct wind turbines. Some of the money is assigned to community impact.

Proposal to membership for forming subcommittee to look into grant writing and proposal to the Harbor District. Majority of membership at meeting voted Ok for pursuit.
